Establish architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for SaaS environments.
Lead architecture design and integration strategy for Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Architect solutions that enable AI-driven automation within Salesforce workflows.
Provide architectural leadership for Salesforce platform expansion, optimization, and modernization.
Define architectures integrating AI capabilities across Salesforce and enterprise SaaS platforms.
Partner with Pre-Sales to define scalable SaaS architectures during customer engagements.

10+ years in enterprise architecture, SaaS architecture, or platform architecture roles.
Extensive architecture experience across enterprise SaaS platforms: Salesforce (primary), Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, ServiceNow, and others.
Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS integration patterns, data models, and workflow orchestration.
Deep Salesforce architecture experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Programming expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong experience in Apex and Python for Salesforce and AI integration.
Expertise in SaaS-to-SaaS and SaaS-to-enterprise system integration patterns.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred.
