Role Overview
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams
- Drive growth in assigned customers and use cases
- Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand
- Lead post-technical win strategies and execution for strategic accounts
- Act as technical lead for Databricks products
- Provide first contact for technical issues
- Develop execution plans for customer-facing technical roles
- Report on usage and customer health
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery
- Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
- Customer-facing pre-sales or technical architecture experience
- Understanding of distributed data systems
- Technical program/project management experience
- Experience resolving escalations with senior customer executives
- Experience conducting discovery workshops and managing delivery of complex programs/projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
