Role Overview
- Act as a resource person for various Travel & Expenses (T&E) aspects (accruals, JE reclass, balance weekly payments)
- Produce monthly reports for T&E that could identify any T&E duplicate payment & collect and correct amounts.
- Prepare various month-end reports for CORP, management and mills.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for related T&E accounts payable accounts.
- Prepare and conduct simulation tests for systems modifications.
- Participate in implementing projects related to accounts payable when applicable.
- Prepare accounting documents to check deposits.
- Responsible for the monthly upload of the P cards into SAP and making sure payments are done on time.
- Participate in the weekly and monthly SAE reconciliations
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting with 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in accounts payable is an asset.
- Good knowledge of IT software (Microsoft office and advanced knowledge of Excel).
- SAP and concur experience is a plus.
- Spoken and written, English & French is essential.
