Help the company grow and globally scale its commercial card product and banking offerings
Provide strategic advice on risk and regulatory ambiguity
Collaborate with stakeholders to find creative business solutions
Break projects down into first principles and see them from ideation to launch
Decide when to address solutions in-house versus deploying outside counsel

4+ years of experience practicing in law firms and fintech companies
Familiarity with federal, state, and international laws and regulations applicable to fintech
Experience interacting with commercial bank partners, financial regulators, and card networks
Knowledge of UDAP, anti-money laundering law, CARD Act, ACH rules, and money transmission regulations
Experience with stable coins and/or broker-dealer legal issues (a plus)
Ownership mentality and comfort with complex matters requiring sound judgment
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player who eagerly volunteers to help colleagues
