Requirements
Minimum +7 years of relevant years of experience in Employee Relations, HR experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
Deep understanding of the external automobile market and current trends
Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals
Bachelor’s degree required, Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Relations major preferred
Competency Based: Information gathering and processing capabilities
Ability to set up a collection plan and procedure for necessary data and information, collect data and information using various methods and tools, and process it according to the intention
