Independently leads and drives the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap for standardized Flex solutions
Builds and delivers the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring capabilities to market for the given cloud service
Synthesizes market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen
Responsible for the product requirements (PRD) definition and execution to meet customer requirements and product capabilities/features
Guides key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle
Creates and drives goal alignment and collaborates across all the value chain partners to achieve product success as per plan and optimize margins across the product lifecycle
Executes to the agile product management methodology
Identifies and executes on potential partner relationships as required to advance product portfolio and/or reach
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field of study
MBA or advanced degree in product management, computer science or engineering preferred
8+ years of work experience in related field
Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others
Experience with solution sizers, configuration tools and CPQ processes
Extensive skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis
Deep understanding of cloud-services, subscription and consumption models in a SaaS world
Extensive business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
Strong executive presence, including ability to partner with and effectively influence Directors, VPs, Client managers
Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.
