Design and migrate traditional networks to spine-leaf architectures using Aruba-based infrastructure
Support overlay gateway termination on both virtualized firewalls and physical ToR devices
Build standardized network models for use across multiple lab environments
Perform LAN/WAN topology design, validation, and performance optimization
Configure and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching (Aruba, Cisco, HPE)
Implement VLAN design, segmentation strategies, and traffic optimization
Conduct site readiness assessments and network capacity planning
Design and implement a comprehensive monitoring framework using OpsRamp
Integrate dashboards, alerting, and log analysis (OpsRamp, ELK or equivalent)
Ensure proactive detection of performance and availability issues
Partner with external vendors to implement new IP Address Management (IPAM) systems
Audit and reconcile VLANs, IP ranges, VTEPs, and historical ownership data
Cross-reference network data with ticketing and operational systems
