Work closely with teams across IT, Security, and Operations to help safeguard sensitive customer data
Support Travel Guard’s PCI, SOC 2, SAQ, and DDQ initiatives
Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining evidence for PCI and SOC 2 controls
Support preparation activities for PCI and SOC 2 audits
Participate in early-stage SOC 2 readiness efforts (Type I and Type II)
Maintain and update compliance documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand core processes and support implementation of effective compliance controls
Assist in preparing materials for auditors and responding to inquiries during audit engagements
Requirements
Bachelor’s or associate degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant coursework or certifications with a high school diploma will also be considered
0–1 years of experience in compliance, audit, IT support, risk management, or related areas
Strong willingness to learn with an analytical, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
