Audit and consolidate the existing landscape of AI tools. Lead the selection and implementation of a unified AI suite to ensure consistent adoption and cost efficiency.
Partner with AppSec to manage and approve library versions, ensuring our dependencies are secure without slowing down feature delivery.
Establish engineering standards and governance models that allow for autonomy while maintaining system wide consistency.
Design the YAML workflows, pipelines, and automated checks that developers interact with daily.
Architect and implement self service automation for deployments, reducing manual intervention and ensuring a repeatable, push button experience for all engineering teams.
Integrate automated testing and quality gates into the pipeline to ensure shift left testing is a reality.
Experience building or maintaining IDPs that offer value add to Engineering teams.
Requirements
8+ years in Software Engineering or Developer Productivity roles, with a proven track record of leading cross functional technical initiatives at a Staff level.
Deep experience with monorepos, Docker, and modern CI/CD platforms.
Ability to drive consensus across multiple product teams and mentor senior engineers on best practices.
