This role is responsible for assisting our Territory Representatives and Contact Center by completing a variety of administrative tasks.
This role will research and resolve inquiries received via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and internal requests from associates.
This role will assist in mentoring and training existing staff.
This associate will have knowledge of company product lines and offerings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Comply with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company.
Conscientiously make efforts to maintain the service level goal by closely monitoring service level activity, answering, and expediting calls during heavy call flow, not making outgoing calls during heavy incoming calls, and checking voice mail at appropriate times.
Working in shared email box.
Participate in department projects.
Run necessary business reports and collate the data as needed.
Submit various internal requests that require follow up.
Submit necessary documentation to our vendor partners to redeem for earned free goods.
Place orders, set up returns, take payments and billing questions.
Enter price overrides and price conversions.
Basic understanding of company product knowledge and product lines.
Ability to work all hold queues and rush order box.
Process Territory Representative expense reports.
Requirements
Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English
High School Diploma or GED required
1-3 years Customer Service experience, in a call center setting preferred
