Plan, lead and coordinate all operational accounting functions.
Ensure the integrity of financial data required to accurately account for consolidated financial results.
Assess and optimize existing administrative processes and internal controls.
Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements.
Coordinate external auditors' activities.
Provide management with essential information to enable informed decision-making.
Manage the budgeting process.
Evaluate current accounting activities, recommend improvements and implement new processes.
Assess accounting systems and internal control systems.
Develop and monitor company performance metrics.
Oversee regulatory obligations, often including tax planning and compliance.
Oversee payroll.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
Professional designation: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation completed.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Industry experience: Experience in a multi-entity environment and in the professional services sector.
Technical skills: Strong command of budget planning and financial forecasting.
Languages: Fluent in French and English (bilingual).
