The Level 2 Engineer provides intermediate technical support in a professional manner
Responsible for the provisioning, deployment, and ongoing operations and maintenance of all managed network services for customers and internal customers
Provide client consultation: perform analyses of customer security needs and recommend, design, and implement secure server and network environments
Provide technology support: install, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and other security products, providing solutions to complex hardware/software problems including testing
Effectively communicate security policy and technology issues and product capabilities through both high-quality written documents unstructured interviews to all levels of client
Keep up to date with network security issues and products
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, computer science, or related field is preferred
Experience in Network Data, Network Security or Network Voice (UC) and Cloud (AWS / Google / Azure) Technology
Must have good knowledge in Cisco routers and Switches
