You will work in order management for our leading take-back systems for end-of-life batteries, electrical equipment and packaging.
You will perform routine tasks such as order intake, data entry, registration and reporting for our customers.
In our IT system Microsoft Dynamics Navision, you will create and verify invoices and credit notes.
Through telephone consultations with customers and service providers, you will strengthen relationships with our partners and resolve issues that arise.
You actively reflect on your work and help shape the ongoing development of your role.
Requirements
You have successfully completed vocational training in a commercial/business field and are now seeking an exciting new challenge.
Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in operational day-to-day business.
With your hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, you are a true team player.
You work independently, take responsibility and consistently meet deadlines.
You are distinguished by a precise and structured way of working.
You have good MS Office skills and adapt quickly to new IT systems.
