About this role
Role Overview
Identify qualified industry-specific prospects
Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Qualify leads based on our Ideal Client Profile
Book discovery calls on the sales team's calendar
Follow up persistently with interested prospects
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Report on outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline weekly
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
Requirements
Proven B2B appointment setting, SDR, or BDR experience
Professional and persuasive written and verbal English
Cold calls don't intimidate you
Initiative in work tasks
Ability to track activity and follow up on time
Comfortable learning and using CRM tools
Bonus Points: Experience in the marine industry, boating, or related verticals
Background in digital marketing agency sales
Familiarity with outreach tools (Lemlist, Apollo, etc.)
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar all-in-one CRM platforms
