About this role
Role Overview
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to physicians, Medspa owners, and aesthetic practices.
Re-engage existing system owners to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement opportunities.
Introduce the company’s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level and assess interest, need, and timing.
Confidently navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision-makers.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria (practice type, budget, authority, need, timeline).
Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or the designated CRM.
Maintain consistent outbound activity aligned with KPIs and performance targets.
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting strategy, and qualification standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or call center environments.
Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or aesthetics industry is a strong advantage.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
Highly self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
Genuine interest in the aesthetics industry and consultative selling approaches.
