As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a strategic leader in driving our data product strategy and establishing best practices across the organization.
You will leverage deep analytical expertise and technical leadership to transform complex business challenges into innovative, scalable data solutions.
You will lead the discovery and development of high-impact data products, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to define roadmaps and drive company-wide initiatives.

You excel at navigating ambiguity and complexity, defining strategic priorities, and leading projects that span multiple teams and business areas.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior data scientists and contribute to building a world-class data science culture.
Own the end-to-end research process, from hypothesis generation to implementation roadmap, and effectively communicate strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related roles with demonstrated progression of responsibility and impact.
Master's degree or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field preferred.
A bachelor's degree with exceptional experience will be considered.
Advanced proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Demonstrated experience translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical frameworks and actionable solutions.
Track record translating analysis into shipped product development, operational workflows, or data science initiatives.
Strategic thinking and ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term vision.
Practical application of data wrangling, data cleaning, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
Understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques to extract deeper insights from data.
Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks, big or small, stepping in wherever needed drive business success.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills—able to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Databricks and lakehouse patterns (e.g., Spark, MLflow).
Experience in shipping logistics or carrier operations.
