Role Overview
- Patrol all areas of the buildings (door checks/stairwells) and exterior (parking garages/building perimeters)
- Check-in guests
- Respond to incidents on-site, including moving along/trespassing transients
- Fire extinguisher/Safety Equipment Inspections
- Respond to emergencies
- Respond to alarms
- Emergency response (First responder – Medical response)
- Other Responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- 1 year of certified security experience
- Unarmed security license with the State of Washington (DOL)
- Active Driver’s License
- Proficient in interacting, communicating, and working with people
- CPR certification
- Availability and flexibility to work any day, including weekends and holidays, and any work shift based on the operational needs of the client
- Drug testing with zero tolerance to include THC and background checks at time of hiring
- Able to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Capable of lifting and carrying reasonable weight
