Role Overview
You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
You will demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
You will resolve customer support related issues and provide customers with proper solutions to their problems.

You will interact and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
You will collect customer feedback and share it with our team to improve our services.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Customer-oriented personality and a passion for customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
Adaptability and resilience to quick changes in priorities, technology, tools and workflow.
Detailed-oriented and ability to multitask.
