As a vital member of the resourcing function, you’ll closely partner with the Head of Resourcing and on-site teams across the Western timezone.
You will fulfill resource requests, monitor employee utilization, coordinate internal moves across accounts, and source high-quality talent for both short-term and long-term freelance placements.
This role also involves data entry and maintenance within proprietary systems and partner platforms.
Source and screen top creative talent for open roles in the Western timezone, leveraging your networks and knowledge of the creative industry.
Manage and triage resource requests (tickets) from across the business, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of resources.
Conduct initial screening of candidates from the freelance pool to assess skill set and culture fit.
Screen referrals and build relationships with referred talent.
Collaborate in developing and implementing best practices and processes for resource management.
Foster relationships with on-site teams to ensure the best cultural fit and high performance.
Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and partner teams, acting as a trusted resource point.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Studio Manager in an advertising or staffing agency setting.
At least 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in a creative environment, with roles such as graphic/digital designer, account manager, art director, copywriter, and production artist.
Proven expertise in attracting hard-to-find candidates in competitive markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable working with all levels of staff and freelancers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable, enthusiastic, and confident with a creative approach to challenges.
In-depth knowledge of the creative agency landscape.
