Serve as a point of contact for basic client and vendor inquiries.
Manage opportunity registration and tracking processes
Assist in generating quotes and proposals
Maintain CRM system hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and opportunity information
Support the development of presentation decks, including crafting the "Case for Change" and “Path Forward”
Assist in positioning and coaching vendors effectively based on client needs
Gather, simplify, and explain client needs for coaching vendors
Help identify potential new opportunities within existing client engagements
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Support delivery to ensure projects stay on track.
Assist with change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Consolidate, compare, and explain vendor solution cost models
Develop initial financial models, including rolling budgets, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses.
Gather and analyze client operating metrics relevant to the project.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an analytical, project coordination, consulting, or sales support role is preferred, but strong entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial modeling (Excel) is a plus.
Can demonstrate AI Competency through applied, real life examples
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in SaaS tools, preference for Google Suite and automation experience
Experience with CRM systems (e.g.,HubSpot) is desirable.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a strong client-service orientation.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
