Create compelling, branded presentation decks for keynote speeches, board updates, customer meetings, and internal all-hands/town halls.
Design visually striking layouts and graphics for internal newsletters and communications campaigns.
Translate complex data, strategies, and narratives into simple, clean, and digestible visuals.
Partner with communications leads and stakeholders to brainstorm and visualize new concepts, campaign themes, and storytelling formats.
Ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines, while pushing creative boundaries to deliver standout content.
Create and maintain a suite of branded templates for executive and employee use.
Work with video, motion graphics, or other media partners when appropriate to elevate messaging.
Juggle multiple design projects with overlapping timelines, while delivering consistently high-quality work.
Requirements
3+ years of professional design experience, ideally supporting executive or internal communications.
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation platforms like PowerPoint and Keynote. Experience with Figma is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing work on presentations, infographics, brand storytelling, and visual communication projects.
Understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, and how to apply these to executive-level content.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback effectively.
