Role Overview
- Manage the full billing lifecycle—from invoice creation and payment tracking to reconciliation and reporting
- Partner closely with Finance, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams
- Own the day-to-day billing process, ensuring invoices are issued correctly and on time
- Maintain and optimize billing tools, data flows, and integrations
- Support financial reporting and uphold compliance with internal policies
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or accounting—ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Detail-obsessed and operationally minded
- Comfortable working across modern finance and billing tools (Stripe, Rillet, Salesforce, etc.)
- Care deeply about accuracy, customer trust, and building systems that simplify work processes
- Must be part of an early-stage AI company that’s modernizing financial services
