Role Overview
- Collaborate with other one-person armies to unify the customer experience across an entire app
- Participate in a 30–45 minute design review
- Work with a product manager and engineer during a paid trial week
- Create intuitive user flows considering complexity and micro-interactions
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct experience designing software applications for web and mobile at a senior or higher level
- Design abilities, speed, & intuition
- Familiarity with design systems and UX patterns
- Mentorship and team-leading skills
