Role Overview
- Screen portfolio sites/case studies and résumés aggressively
- Conduct a design review followed by a paid trial week
- Work with product manager and engineer on a feature
- Collaborate with the design team
- Guarantee a minimum 20+ hours availability during normal work hours
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct experience designing software applications for web and mobile at a senior or higher level
- Ability to contribute directly to the product with designs across multiple feature areas
- Mentorship and team-leading skills
- Familiarity with and respect for design systems
- Ability to create intuitive user flows, accounting for micro-interactions
