Manage the full financial lifecycle of assigned contracts, including Cost Plus (CPFF/CPIF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Time & Materials (T&M) contract types
Partner with Program Managers to develop annual and period plans, monthly forecasts, and Estimates to Complete (ETC/EAC)
Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget/Forecast) and provide actionable insights to program leadership to mitigate risks
Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) across all financial activities
Serve as a subject matter expert for the company’s ERP system (Deltek Costpoint or Unanet), ensuring data integrity and process efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or program control within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Government Contracting industry
Advanced proficiency in Deltek Costpoint or Unanet (GL, Projects, and Materials modules)
Strong working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
Expert-level Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)
