Primarily manages bankruptcy routine matters
Draft and review all pleadings and claims filed in the particular matter
Attends scheduled hearings
Responds to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries
Review filings on behalf of the clients
Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)
Resolving routine bankruptcy matters such as Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, Proofs of claim, etc.
Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the Court

2+ years’ experience in representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases
Knowledge of Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure
License to practice law in South Carolina
Knowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights laws
