Role Overview
Be the First Impression: Youll reach out to warm, inbound B2B leads who inquire through our websiteno cold calling and no pressure to 'hunt.'
Sell Without Selling: Your goal is to engage, build trust, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to our Business Development Reps (BDRs).
Prequalify Like a Pro: Youll ask the right questions, collect key details, and assess fit before booking appointments.
Problem-Solve on the Fly: No two leads are the same, but that doesnt faze you. You think fast, adapt quickly, and keep things moving.
Master of Process & Precision: Updating CRM records, tracking interactions, and keeping every detail in check is second nature to you.
Help Us Improve: Youll provide valuable feedback to refine our outreach and sales processbecause were always evolving.
Requirements
2-4 years of sales experience, administrative support, or customer service, or a related role (combination preferred)
Bonus points for an outbound sales background
Construction or manufacturing industry experience? Even better!
Tech-savvy: leveraging AI, CRM tools, and office software is second nature to you
