Responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow solutions that enable core business processes across the organization
Partner closely with product managers, architects, and platform stakeholders to deliver high-quality integrations, workflows, and platform enhancements
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, Flow Designer flows, and scripted components across core modules
Lead API and integration development to support external customer and partner use cases
Build and support ServiceNow integrations using best practice patterns and platform capabilities while enforcing standards
Serve as a technical lead on complex initiatives, providing guidance on architecture, data models, integration strategies, and development standards
Ensure solutions adhere to platform standards for security, performance, availability, and maintainability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, scripting best practices, and ServiceNow data models
Demonstrated experience building, securing, and operating integrations with external systems (e.g., REST APIs, webhooks, IntegrationHub/MID Server patterns)
Experience leading or contributing to platform migrations, including migrating from other ticketing/ITSM systems into ServiceNow
Experience integrating ServiceNow with CMDB/Asset data sources and downstream consumers
