Responsible for leading the leasing effort at the property
Training and overseeing the leasing staff
Preparing move-in paperwork and performing move-in orientation with new residents
Reviewing all resident applications and approving applications as directed by property manager
Maintaining positive customer relations attitude
Conducting service follow-up with residents when work is completed
Coordinating and overseeing marketing and sales programs
Enforcing all policies and procedures

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferred
In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations is required
Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations, required
Property management software, RealPage or like systems
Experience with MS Office, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.
