About this role
Role Overview
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests.
Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding community policies, procedures, and services.
Play a significant role in the leasing and marketing process at their community.
Develop and implement engaging activities, events, and programs that foster community spirit and encourage resident involvement.
Assist with administrative tasks such as managing resident inquiries.
Promote a safe and secure living environment by adhering to and enforcing community policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive residential community.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor others.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about campus resources and services.
Understanding of and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
Current account is in good standing (if current resident).
