Oversee all design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency
Create original assets such as illustrations, infographics, and marketing collateral
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across social media, website, conference backdrops, merchandise, decks, product materials, and more
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs
Identify UX challenges and continuously improve UI/UX across our products
Stay up to date with design trends, competitor products, and industry developments
Communicate design concepts and ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Work closely with marketing and other teams to meet deadlines and deliver impactful campaigns

Proven experience in a senior design role, with both visual design and UI/UX expertise
A portfolio that demonstrates modern design sensibilities, original work, and UI/UX projects (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
Experience in crypto or fintech projects is highly preferred
Excellent visual communication skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate shifting priorities
