Business Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Manage the company metric program and support monthly reviews and follow on action items.
• Manage end-to-end platform projects that enable Canopy A&D to scale efficiently.
• Provide integration support for future acquisitions.
• Own the end-to-end creation of functional standards across the operating companies.
• Track and manage key compliance requirements and company actions.
• Assist with managing investments and tracking ROI.
• Continually identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and tooling across the platform and operating companies.
• Advise platform leadership on how to do more with less.

Requirements

• B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering or a related technical field
• 4 -7 years in program management, operations, engineering preferably within a highly regulated manufacturing company
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced level user with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experienced building materials and presenting to executives.
• Track record of partnering with senior leadership and communicating complex initiatives clearly and concisely.
