Lead a team of Salesforce developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
Serve as a technical lead on projects, providing architectural guidance and ensuring alignment with overall business and technical goals.
Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions following best practices and design patterns.
Utilize core Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform capabilities.
Lead technical design discussions and guide teams in leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other products such as CPQ, Commerce, or MuleSoft (preferred).
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, API integrations, and security model.
Experience with CPQ, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications preferred.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional delivery teams.
