Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Vendor onboarding requirements, Subcontracts, and Consulting Agreements.
Ensure all contractual documents are in compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.) and company policies.
Manage the contract lifecycle from pre-award to closeout, including modifications, extensions, and renewals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain organized and complete contract files and records in accordance with company and government requirements.
Identify and mitigate contractual risks to the company.
Lead and manage the end-to-end proposal development process for federal and commercial solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs).
Analyze solicitation requirements to develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and production schedules.
Coordinate and lead proposal team meetings, including kick-offs, color team reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical subject matter experts, finance, growth, and leadership, to develop compelling and compliant proposal content.
Write, edit, and format proposal sections to ensure a clear, consistent, and persuasive narrative.
Oversee the final production and ensure the timely submission of all proposal documents.
Develop an organized body of knowledge of previous proposal and SOW content to enable automation of future responses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
5+ years of direct experience in federal government contracting.
Demonstrated experience managing both contract administration and proposal development efforts.
In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience working in a small to mid-sized government contracting firm (desired).
Professional certification, such as Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) (desired).
