Role Overview
- Track and respond to calls for a multi-state nurse triage telephone service
- Provide clinical assessments based on established protocols
- Perform administrative and clinical support tasks
- Facilitate referrals and collaborate on prior authorization requests
- Participate in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2–4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Prior telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems
- Active, unencumbered Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) license required
- Strong empathy, patience, and active listening skills
