Architect, design, and implement .NET Core APIs and React/TypeScript UIs that power Inn-Flow’s hospitality management platform.
Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enable innovation.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and best-practice development standards.
Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.
Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, particularly in AI-driven software engineering, and recommend strategies to incorporate them into our stack.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead engineer role.
Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core for backend/API development.
Hands-on experience building modern, responsive web apps with React and TypeScript.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar).
Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
Proven experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile team environments.
