The Collection Manager supports U.S. Customs and Border Protections Office of Intelligence (OI).
Lead multi-discipline collection planning and execution.
Translate Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) into actionable tasks.
Assess collection effectiveness and drive re-tasking to close intelligence gaps for border security operations.
Research, collaborate, and coordinate with all-source analysts and partners to develop/refine collection requirements across INTs.
Identify and coordinate collection assets and resources; draft priorities and issue taskings.
Monitor collection results, provide timely feedback, and re-task to address residual gaps.
Evaluate efficiency/effectiveness of collection against requirements using Measures of Performance (MOPs) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).

Active DoD Secret (or DHS equivalent) and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI if mission requires.
Bachelors degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in collection management or closely related intelligence operations (DHS, DoD, IC, or law enforcement).
Demonstrated experience building collection strategies/plans, issuing taskings, and coordinating with collectors and external agencies.
Proven ability to assess collection performance (MOPs/MOEs), identify gaps, and drive effective re-tasking.
Strong written/oral communication skills and stakeholder engagement; ability to brief technical/non-technical audiences.
