About this role
Role Overview
- Partner directly with Marketing, Product, and Business stakeholders to build and operate marketing and related web experience stack
- Support engineering across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), CMS platforms (Webflow), and data pipelines/analytics
- Ensure reliable delivery, accurate measurement, and compliant handling of customer data
- Collaborate with Staff Engineers
- Build and maintain SFMC assets, implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems
- Implement and monitor deliverability best practices
- Build and maintain landing pages, reusable components
- Implement tracking and analytics instrumentation
- Engineer solutions that meet CANSPAM, GDPR/CCPA, and HIPAA expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years of experience with hands-on enterprise email marketing platforms (SFMC preferred)
- 3+ years of experience implementing SFMC solutions: delivering components, journeys, automations and pages.
