Identify, assess, and mitigate credit, fraud, and operational risks across merchant services portfolio
Provide expert risk oversight through transaction monitoring, data analysis, and escalation of high-risk merchants
Conduct ongoing credit risk assessments for active merchant accounts
Monitor transactional activity and account performance
Lead investigations and escalations for high-risk accounts
Create and maintain departmental procedures for account monitoring
Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams
Mentor junior team members

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk
Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements
Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Fiserv Merchant Acquiring Risk tools
Proficiency in MS Office suite
