Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing consumer debt collection operations
- Background in third-party collection agencies or consumer collections at major lenders
- Solid understanding of consumer debt collection laws and compliance
- Experience training, coaching, or managing collectors
Note: SaaS Customer Success experience is not required. Commercial / accounting collections backgrounds are not a fit.
