Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversions
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and competitor analysis
Optimize and publish content using WordPress or other CMS platforms
Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices and site improvements
Leverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.)
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
Stay current with SEO and AI trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices

4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
Proven experience working with WordPress or other major CMS platforms
Demonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools to support SEO strategies
Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles
Proficient with standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have: Experience with schema markup, site migrations, or international SEO
Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics
Experience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, development)
