Support the Head of Legal in managing a global network of legal entities, drafting intercompany agreements, and maintaining meticulous corporate records.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of agreements, including SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SLAs, software licensing, and complex NDAs.
Act as a guardian of the company’s proprietary technology. Manage IP assignments, registrations, and licensing frameworks for software and databases.
Build and scale the "Legal Playbook"—optimizing contract templates, onboarding flows, and internal legal document management processes.
Conduct deep-dive research into international corporate law, jurisdiction-specific compliance, and tax optimization strategies (e.g., IP Box regimes).
Partner with Finance, Product, and IT teams to ensure legal strategies align with business goals.
Requirements
3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate and commercial law.
Deep understanding of software-as-a-service business models, licensing, and IT service delivery contracts.
Ability to draft complex legal documents from scratch in English that are clear, concise, and business-oriented.
Solid grasp of intellectual property rights (software, trademarks, database rights).
Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. in International or Commercial Law is a plus).
Fluent English (C1/C2) is mandatory. You must be comfortable defending legal positions and negotiating in English.
Familiarity with CRM or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools like Salesforce or similar.
