Handle all incoming requests for SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
Execute change requests for existing SSRS reports, optimizing queries and adjusting layouts.
Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards.
Oversee Power BI Service administration, including workspace management and security roles.
Work directly with business units to understand their KPIs and translate them into technical reporting specifications.
Champion reporting standards and ensure all new builds follow internal guidelines.

3–5 years of experience in data analysis and BI reporting, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
Strong ability to design, develop, and deploy paginated reports using SSRS (Visual Studio / Report Builder).
Expert knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service (Admin).
Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M) is essential.
Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) for data extraction.
