Partner with the National Account Manager (NAM) in support of new program initiatives including right sizing, renewals, growth, acquisitions, mergers and the addition of new services.
Drive profitable new revenue by proposing client and site-specific solutions.
Oversee contract compliance.
Execute CPI increases across client book of business where contractually allowed.
Educate clients on local regulatory compliance trends and requirements (e.g., mandatory recycling).
Act as a client resource to escalate and address operational level activities including billing, set-up and service requests.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree,
High School Diploma GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
5 years of related experience (in addition to education requirement).
