Balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements
Handle all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable each week
Audits, reviews, and analyzes actual costs to identify inaccuracies for AP/AR
Lots, and lots of reconciliation…
Reconcile the massive amounts of AMEX and Visa charges

Reconciles payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts, manages accounts receivable collections
Reconciles bank activities
Maintains the General Ledger
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures
this one is pretty important
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Participate in problem-solving and presenting solutions to the team
Manage tasks and input data in CRM, Bill.com and tech we use
Attend quarterly company gatherings; at least two will be in Southern California
Fly to Southern California 2x a year for full day Finance Team working sessions
Participate in weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana projects
