Lead and support continuous improvement projects based on Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies, driving gains in productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure governance of Operational Excellence programs, maintaining standardization, monitoring results and ensuring the sustainability of implemented initiatives.
Plan, execute and follow up on improvement projects using project management tools, ensuring deadlines, targets and deliverables are met.
Design and maintain the factory’s performance indicator system covering Production, Quality, Safety and Maintenance, focusing on data reliability and improved operational performance.
Develop and monitor indicator dashboards that support decision-making and the prioritization of improvement actions.
Conduct workshops and training on Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and quality tools, involving teams across all production shifts.
Deliver training and support teams in applying problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Cause-and-Effect/Fishbone Diagram, PDCA, etc.), strengthening a continuous improvement culture.
Drive communication, engagement and recognition of Operational Excellence initiatives, reinforcing a culture of continuous improvement and team ownership.
Monitor project results and indicators, consolidate lessons learned and propose corrective and preventive actions to ensure the long-term sustainability of implemented improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, Operational Excellence or industrial operations.
Lean Manufacturing or related certification is desirable.
Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving (A3, PDCA, 5 Whys) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
Experience structuring, analyzing and monitoring operational KPIs (OEE, Production, Quality, Safety and Maintenance).
Ability to plan and lead improvement projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines and results.
Capability to conduct Operational Excellence workshops and trainings involving teams across all shifts.
Active role in communication, engagement and recognition of Operational Excellence initiatives.
Experience with visual management tools and dashboards (Power BI, advanced Excel or similar).
