Collaborate on the design and implementation of quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions
Maintain test frameworks to ensure efficient testing across the enterprise
Work on improving automation frameworks for scalable test automation
Help define and advocate for testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices in the SDLC
Support efforts to address performance bottlenecks and quality gaps
Contribute to the development of tools for managing test data across environments to support testing
Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline
Develop and maintain automated test environments and data solutions to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with quality engineering, product, and business teams on best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and automation
Provide guidance to junior engineers on adopting automation practices
Develop and maintain tools for performance, load, and stress testing
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area
2+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering
5+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering (preferred)
Proficiency in Agile Methodology
Proficient in Scripting Languages
Experience in Test Automation
Knowledge in Test Data Management
Familiarity with CI/CD processes
Understanding of Cloud Platforms
Version Control (Git) expertise
Monitoring Tools familiarity
Debug Tools knowledge
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
