Design, develop, and implement quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions
Develop and maintain test frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient testing across the enterprise
Contribute to improving automation frameworks to ensure maintainable and scalable test automation for the platform
Define and enforce testing standards, automation strategies, and best practices across the SDLC
Analyze and address complex problems, performance bottlenecks, and quality gaps in systems to enhance software efficiency and robustness
Integrate testing tools and frameworks into the CI/CD pipeline, focusing on automating testing within the build and deployment process
Design, develop and maintain automated test environments and data solutions to ensure system reliability and predictability
Collaborate with quality engineering, product, and business teams to support best practices in test-driven development (TDD) and automation
Mentor and assist junior engineers in adopting automation practices and test methodologies
Develop and maintain tools for performance, load, and stress testing
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area
5+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering
