About this role
Role Overview
Handle day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, internal reporting, and tasks related to hiring and terminations.
Build, optimize, and scale HR processes and systems to support rapid company growth.
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment law across multiple states and handle relocation of international talent, including L-1 visas.
Manage internal HR dashboards, forecasts, and analytics to guide strategic decisions.
Partner with leadership and team members to create smooth onboarding, offboarding, and benefits experiences for employees worldwide.
Deep expertise in Rippling to manage HR workflows efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR operations at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
Expertise in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Strong experience with Rippling (essential).
Experience managing international hiring and visa processes (L-1 visas preferred).
Ability to build HR systems and procedures from scratch to a scalable operation.
Excellent organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.
Flexibility to coordinate across globally distributed teams and different time zones.
