Drive strategic alignment across the Wholesale TD&O Division by developing, maintaining, and executing strategic roadmaps
Partner with senior leaders to shape division level strategy and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Prepare high quality executive materials for Boards, Committees, and leadership forums
Support enterprise and divisional planning efforts
Lead strategic communications across business, technology, and operations stakeholders
Facilitate cross functional collaboration to ensure initiatives are well governed
Provide insight and analysis to support leadership decision making
Promote operational rigor by establishing best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and minimum ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Broad knowledge across multiple areas such as executive reporting, stakeholder management, finance, project management, and change management
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges
Superior executive-level communication skills (verbal and written)
Must possess ability to:
a. Be organized, consume volumes of information
b. Think critically to connect the dots across information and organizations
c. Support slideware creation for deliverables at the executive level
d. Provide highest level of attention to detail across all deliverables
e. Establish positive working relationships across a large organization
f. Work in a fast-paced environment
